The Parcel is 30 miles from Charlotte International Airport; 35 miles from Charlotte, NC; and 13 miles from Rock Hill, SC and from Lake Wylie, SC, on the Catawba River. The York Comprehensive High School serves the western part of the County and is nearby at 275 West Alexander Love Hwy. Just as the high school serves the western reaches of the county, so too will an enterprise situated on the Parcel.

This is a terrific location. The metro-area of Charlotte, NC, is exhausting the capacity of Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC , and has arrived here, to the very City that also is the gateway to points west within the County. Further, high land on SC 5 is hard to find.
