Brian Godau, First Vice President
Brian is an office specialist focusing on commercial real estate in the New York Tri-State area. He utilizes a consultative approach when representing occupiers, investment clients, and landlords. Brian continues to develop and implement short-term and long-term real estate strategies for a diverse client base. He has represented various Fortune 500 occupiers, institutions, and privately held companies with the leasing and disposition of their real estate holdings.
Brian’s ability to strategize on behalf of his clients, his attention to customer service, and his ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions have resulted in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brian was the Real Estate Manager for State Farm Insurance for seven years, where he managed more than 60 buildings totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in the New York Tri-State area.
Jonathan Meisel, Senior Vice President
Mr. Meisel has successfully completed several hundred lease transactions in excess of 10 million sq. ft., and he is a market leader in data center and office leasing, critical facilities business development and client-service delivery. During his career, Mr. Meisel has completed major critical-facility transactions on behalf of corporate data center occupiers such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Meisel received NAIOP’s prestigious Pillar Award, given to members who set an example of involvement for others over many years of active membership, service in leadership roles, advocacy, and sponsorships. In 2010 and 2011, NJBiz’s annual real estate report named Mr. Meisel among the most influential real estate professionals in New Jersey (ranked 26th and 35th respectively).
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Meisel served as Managing Director, responsible for the P&L of 5 offices in the suburban Tri State at JLL. Jon served as the eastern U.S. executive leader of its data center practice group. Prior to JLL, he was at Cushman & Wakefield for 17 years.
James B. Tully, Executive Vice President
In 2016, Jim was once again recognized by CBRE as one of the Top 250 brokers in the United States-the fourteenth time in his 23-year career with CBRE. In 2012, he was honored by CBRE as the top producer in the State of New Jersey for the second consecutive year and for the fifth time overall. Jim is a licensed real estate broker in both New York and New Jersey. He specializes in the New York City suburban markets, with a primary focus on Rockland County and the New York Lower Hudson Valley, as well as the Northern New Jersey markets.
He is widely acknowledged as an expert on the markets he serves, frequently called upon by local and national publications to provide insightful analysis into the dynamics of those submarkets. Jim was awarded Deal of the Year for the creative transactional services provided as exclusive tenant representative on behalf of Bayer in a lease transaction with Reckson Associates. In 2001, Mack-Cali presented Mr. Tully with the prestigious Broker of the Year Award for the New York suburban markets. Jim is also active in his community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Dominican College, Chairman of the Board of the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, Board of Directors for the Rockland County Business Association, coaching in local CYO and Little League programs, as well as a Trustee for the Rockland County Boy Scouts Trust Fund.
