Indianapolis is the state capital of Indiana and the third-largest city in the Midwest, after Chicago and Columbus. Downtown’s residents and workers are provided a wealth of recreational opportunities, both indoors and out. The Hilbert Circle Theatre, home to the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, sits right on Monument Circle, and the Indianapolis Zoo, the largest privately funded zoo in the U.S., is just west along the White River. Indianapolis is also home to two major league sports teams, the NFL’s Colts and the NBA’s Pacers.

About one-quarter of the city’s office space is located in the downtown area. In addition to the central location and wealth of amenities, tenants are drawn to the area’s relative affordability. While sitting just above the market overall, average rents in downtown Indianapolis are about 10% below the area’s priciest rental market, Carmel.

He is one of the founding principals and shareholders of the original firms (F.C, Tucker Commercial & Colliers Turley Martin Tucker) that became Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and in 2015 Cushman & Wakefield, now one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms in the world.

Bennett joined the commercial group in the office sales and leasing division of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as an associate in 2008.
