The Blackstone Building was originally constructed in 1926 and was designed by the architect Harvey and Clarke. It is a two-story building with a stucco exterior and decorative detailing. The building was named after the Blackstone Hotel, a famous hotel chain in the early 20th century. The Blackstone Building is a historic mixed-use commercial office and retail building located in West Palm Beach, Florida. You can setup your office-based or retail business in the heart of "The Wall Street of the South". It is situated on the southeast corner of Clematis Street and Dixie Highway, across the street from CVS and just a few blocks from the waterfront. It's also walking distance to all WPB government buildings making this an ideal location for a law firm. Demographically this space enjoys a high local HHI (HouseHold Income) and is well trafficked, seeing some 15k+ vehicles per day. Nearly 40k people work within 1 mile of the building. Also, every Saturday morning, Oct-Apr, Clematis St hosts the largest, voted #1 in the country, farmers market.
