Kyle Burkhardt joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as an Executive Managing Director in the company’s Long Island, New York, office. A 19-year corporate real estate veteran, Burkhardt has vast expertise in tenant and landlord agency representation in the Industrial sector.

Prior to joining Newmark, Burkhardt worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than nine years as a Managing Director of their Industrial/Capital Markets group. Previously, Burkhardt was part of a top regional boutique firm as a Managing Principal, where he honed his leadership and managerial skills. Burkhardt started his career at Colliers International, learning from the most prolific Industrial team at that time.

Over his career, Burkhardt has completed over 10 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion, while representing the largest private and institutional firms in the market.

Daniel T. Gazzola joined Newmark’s Long Island office in 2001, bringing with him 20 years of sales and construction management experience. Mr. Gazzola focuses on the exclusive representation of both tenants and landlords in the Long Island office and industrial markets.

Since joining Newmark, Mr. Gazzola has represented many of Long Island's largest landlords and companies such as:

- Magellan Aerospace Corporation
- New York State Empire State Development
- Realterm

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Gazzola was principal and chief operating officer of Gazetten Contracting, Inc., a New York City-based construction management firm.

A well-respected member of the real estate community, Mr. Gazzola has been recognized several times for his achievements.  He has also been a featured panelist and public speaker at commercial real estate events.

Mr. Gazzola attended SUNY at Oswego where he majored in business administration and minored in economics.

Charles V. Tabone, SIOR, is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Newmark’s Long Island office. Tabone’s experience in successfully marketing millions of square feet of exclusive listings, together with providing exclusive tenant/purchaser representation to his many customers and clients, has given him valuable insight into the dynamics of a transaction. Throughout his 40-plus-year career in commercial and industrial real estate, Tabone has consistently been involved in many of Long Island’s largest and most complex transactions.

Tabone’s vast client base has included: Allied Building Products Inc., Catholic Health Services of Long Island Inc., Clare Rose Inc., Comtech Telecommunications Inc., The New York Times Co. and Rubies Costume Company Inc.

Tabone has been a guest instructor/lecturer at The Real Estate Institute of the C.W. Post Campus at Long Island University, the Long Island Board of Realtors, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, CoreNet, the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island and the Association for a Better Long Island.

An active and well-respected member of the real estate community, Tabone has been recognized by many of the industry’s leaders for his outstanding achievements.

Joshua Cohen joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Long Island office. Cohen has extensive experience in Capital Market investment sales, industrial sales and leasing.

He has represented both institutional investment firms and fortune 500 companies. Cohen is a member of a top producing team that has transacted on 3 million square feet over the past three years. During that same time period, his team has facilitated over $450 million in deal consideration.

Cohen came to Newmark after serving as a Director for seven years at Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for client relationship management, valuations and business development. Cohen holds an MBA in finance and has a certification from Altus Group for Argus Enterprise.

Patrick Ciancimino joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate Director in the company’s Long Island, New York office, where his primary focus is on the Industrial sector for sales and leasing in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Ciancimino is part of a team of three licensed real estate brokers led by Executive Managing Director Kyle Burkhardt. The team has extensive experience in both buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation.

Prior to joining Newmark, Ciancimino worked as a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield, where he and his aforementioned team specialized in Industrial and Investment sales. Ciancimino first entered the commercial real estate industry as a Licensed Salesperson at Industry One Realty Corp. He also worked as District Manager for the Small Business Services division of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Melville, New York, working with clients and business owners.
