Executive Summary

Adjacent to the permanently affixed floating platform, the operation includes a ±8,000 square foot Office and Warehouse building which provides a reception area, security offices, NOC, private offices, conference room, high density configuration rooms, a kitchenette and loading dock with secure storage. On-site parking is provided for 45 vehicles. The facility is monitored 24x7x365 by onsite security, plus land and waterway patrols by Department of Homeland Security, the United States Coast Guard, and the San Joaquin County Sheriff Department.
