This is a very nostalgic building that has served generations to Friona. This building was remodeled in 2016 and here are a few of the upgrades, in the bathrooms are all new plumbing & water heater, marble top vanity, decorative concrete tile, wall mounted vanity & gold fixtures. There are beautiful steel, double paned windows that let in the sunlight and update the exterior of the building.
