The Haynie Building was built in 1882 by the Haynie family as a bank/hotel. In the 1940's the second floor was build out for the Llano County Hospital. In 1891 Apache Indians shot at Betty Haynie as she stood in the doorway of her building on the corner of Main & Ford. Lucky for Betty, they missed! There are 2 spaces on the 1st floor available for rent. The "old flower shop" is actually 2 spaces with 2 addresses. Both spaces have bathrooms. The space on the left or Gio's side has a 2nd floor that was previously plumbed for a shower, toilet and sink. The other 1st floor retail space was previously a kayak store.
