Type C Community Residential Home with a maximum of 450 placed residents and equivalent maximum density of 12 dwelling units per gross acre (five placed residents equal one dwelling unit). The home shall comply with the requirements of LDC Section. 6.11.28 unless varied in accordance with LDC Part 11.04.00. Approval of this rezoning shall not guarantee or imply approval of any variance request. c. Mini-warehouses and/or a hotel/motel with a maximum of 201,465 square feet of floor space and maximum floor area ratio of 0.50. Mini-warehouses shall comply with LDC Section 6.11.60 except the leasing of moving trucks shall not be allowed.
