About Central Expressway
The Central Expressway office node stretches north and south along Interstate 75 from the central Dallas towards LBJ Freeway. Traveling north, the highway acts as a primary gateway towards the northern suburbs, and carries commuters who work in downtown, uptown, and key employment areas in Collin County. A mix of high-end retail and multifamily properties and access to DART light rail make a strong value proposition for tenants in the area.
