Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Taking on hair and makeup departments, bartending, décor rentals, and full wedding and event coordination. Every event adding more magic to their lives and fueling a passion for the industry that could not be stopped!
