Crown & Crest (aka 114 N Walnut Street) is a beautifully appointed event venue located in the heart of historic downtown Seneca, South Carolina. It has an open and airy space with exposed antique brick walls and reclaimed maple hardwood floors. The 4,500 square foot event space is the perfect setting for weddings, intimate cocktail receptions, family gatherings to sit down dinners. The building also includes another 1,500 square foot retail space that is fully equipped for a cocktail bar/coffeehouse/small restaurant. There are four fully furnished apartments on the second floor of the building (4,000 sq ft). Seneca is surrounded by Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell, Lake Jocassee, Chattooga River, Chauga Rivers all while being nestled in to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Clemson University is just minutes away from Crown & Crest.
There are no current liquor, beer and/or wine licenses. Birds of a Feather's license and alcohol insurance expired in April 2024.

Parking is all public parking. There are no spaces attached/owned/assigned to the property.
