About the Property
Historic office building located next to the BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa built in 1914. Tenant can use conference room and kitchen, which we are in charge of keeping clean. There is a signupsheet for the CR but it isn't used a lot since the offices are so spacey. Tenant is in charge of keeping their space clean. Phone and Internet offered. Tenant is responsible for parking. American Parking has multiple lots downtown.
