About the Property
115 Genesee Street, The Atrium On Genesee, is a 25,000-square-foot historical site on the corner of Genesee Street and State Street. The building’s central atrium highlights its 2 story windows and balcony offices with 193 linear feet of frontage that brings natural light into the building. In the center of downtown Auburn, the property sits on the corner of State Street and Genesee Street right among the restaurant row of Auburn with Prison City Brewery and Auburn Public Theatre right next door. The property is centrally located between Auburn’s largest employers including the Auburn Community Hospital, Cayuga County Public Offices, Auburn State Prison, and Cayuga County Community College. The property can be easily accessed through a myriad of public transit routes and there is abundant public parking. Our mission for The Auburn Atrium is to repurpose this property as a central hub for downtown Auburn and the region at large. The Auburn Atrium will be a multifaceted building that we envision will host an event space/commercial kitchen, restaurant/wine bar, flexible office/start-up space, an ATM/bank center, and more.
