This is a wonderful old building that has many years left in it. All systems have been periodically upgraded and it is located in downtown Charleston. Careful, you might just get enamored with the place. Although it looks like a lab, it can really be good office space...it just DOES NOT have a window to the outdoors. How about a 16' mural of the beach at Waikiki? It would really give you a sense of travel! We could do that. Or a mountain scene from the top of Spruce Knob?
