ABOUT NORTH FULTON/FORSYTH
North Fulton is home to some of the most highly educated areas in Atlanta. In fact, most adults in this expansive suburban locale, as well as the neighborhoods to the immediate south, hold at least a bachelor’s degree. The area’s highly rated schools, abundant retail, and good access to office jobs north of Atlanta make it highly desirable for office users and residents alike. GA 400 serves as the center of gravity for this area and is the best way to get around, though MARTA’s North Springs station is a short drive from the southern edge of the district.
