Steamboat Landing, an upscale restaurant and bakery, is located at the confluence of Steamboat Slough and the Sacramento River and is the third building at this historic site since the early 1900's. The building has a warp-around balcony where customers can enjoy the Pear Orchard while eating their delicious homemade products. The restaurant building is approximately ±6,192 SF in size and also has a boat dock just across Highway 160 for boaters to tie up and use the restaurant. Current dock is ±2,100 SF (210x10). Next to Steamboat Slough Bridge is a private beach and a private deck seating area where patrons can picnic above the beach, and enjoy the view, bridge & river. Adjacent to the restaurant is an additional ±1,080 SF 2-story building, which currently has a ±540 SF studio rental on the lower level, leaving potential retail space on the top floor. Steamboat Landing also hosts event, weddings and other types of parties.
