Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Willis Town Center sits at the northeast corner of Interstate 45 and FM 1097 in Willis, Texas. Located in Montgomery County just north of Conroe and south of New Waverly, the center is conveniently situated at the main entrance to Willis and the Bentwater community. City Council has approved an extension of Canyon Falls Street, which will alleviate congestion at the intersection and increase mobility within this busy trade area. The Howard Hughes Corporation, current developer of the Woodlands, has acquired and will develop 2,000 acres for a new master planned community south of Willis Town Center on the west side of I-45 south of FM 1097 and the northern Conroe Community.
