Property Overview
This is a great warehouse in a phenomenal location. The warehouse has the previous tenants stuff in there still but it will be 100% vacant and ready to occupy ASAP. They are building the new KC Current soccer stadium across from the building as well as the new Live Nation concert venue. There is also talk of the tram line running to the stadium and venue which would be mean steps away from the building. The building got a completely new roof in 2023 and was fully tuck pointed and painted inside and out. The office was also remodeled.
