Brian has done five of the ten largest office leases ever in the Brickell/Downtown market. In 2002, 2007, and 2016, he was the recipient of the BOMA “Broker of the Year Award” for Greater Miami. Brian’s team has won “Brokerage team of the year” for 2021 and 2022. From 1993 to 1999, Brian was a broker in the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis and from there he spent the next 18 years as Principal of Taylor and Mathis. Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
