John Criddle, Executive Vice President

Since 2007, he and his team have represented over 7 million square and have executed over a 1,000 leases on behalf of his clients. John’s team is consistently recognized as one of the premier agency teams responsible for leasing some of South Florida’s most notable office projects.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Criddle spent 14 years as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and three years as a Leasing Director for Rendina Companies, a national medical real estate developer. Prior to joining CBRE, Joe was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield platform for over eight years. At Cushman & Wakefield Joe alongside his partner John Criddle grew their Office Agency portfolio from approximately 1,000,000 to over 3,000,000 square feet representing strong institutional and private capital ownership groups throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Max Pawk, Senior Associate
Prior to joining CBRE, Max initially spent five years with NAI representing tenants and landlords in Boston and the past three years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He also spent the first few years of his professional career working as Project Manager for Turnberry Associates in Aventura, Florida.
Nicholas Mulligan, Associate
Nicholas attended Bryant University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, along with double minors in Marketing and Communications. While at Bryant, Mr. Mulligan was also on the varsity baseball team, winning three consecutive regular season NEC championships. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Mulligan is very familiar with the New York market. From a young age, Nicholas has always had a passion for real estate and development. Following his college career, he decided to pursue his passion in his home city with The Anton Group.
In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as surfing and spearfishing. He also runs a non-for-profit surf camp in the summer with childhood friends called Spread the Swell.
