Ryan Barbles, Managing Director
Having spent the majority of his career on the tenant representation side, Ryan brings a unique perspective to ownership groups as they underwrite office lease transactions. Ryan is a 3rd generation Houstonian and is involved in various non-profit organizations around town, spending most of his time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Barbles graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002.
Adam Ross, Vice President
Adam possesses over 18 years of experience with a vast track record within the commercial real estate industry, which includes office and land brokerage, property acquisition, development, right-of-way acquisition, pipeline condemnation, and financial valuation. Prior to joining Stream, Adam served as the Manager of Land & Projects for Plains All-American, an S&P 500 Company, where he was responsible for implementing and managing capital projects and real estate acquisition plans across 14 states.
Prior to Plains Adam was active in the agency leasing business in Houston with Transwestern and throughout his career has represented, and currently represents, many of the city’s most iconic office towers and premier developments.

Parker Noble, Associate
Parker currently is involved in NAIOP’s Developing Leader Mentor Program.
Prior to joining Stream, Parker was an intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors in Lubbock, TX completing financial and market analysis on eight commercial real estate markets throughout Texas. In addition, Parker attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with both an M.S. in Finance and a B.B. and in Finance.
