The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Military and in close proximity to I-64 near I-464. In 2016 the Veterans Administration (VA) chose Chesapeake Crossing for a 10,000 s.f. community based outpatient clinic due to its central location and mass transit accessibility and quickly reached capacity.
