In just the past five years, Salem County has seen a surge in leasing by ecommerce platforms, third party logistics firms, and general retailers opening large distribution facilities from which to ship goods throughout the mid-Atlantic.
Thanks to Salem County’s abundance of open land and ease of new construction, large newly delivered distribution facilities rent at significant discounts to those in Northern New Jersey.
