The site is the former Kilgraston School. Kilgraston House dates from 1793 and is Category A listed. A number of modern extensions have been added to the house over the years to create teaching space, dormitory rooms and other facilities associated with the school. A chapel and a theatre space are attached to the main building. The former Stable Block is Category B listed and was most recently used as the junior school. The site includes a number of sporting facilities including a 25m indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian centre with stables and an outdoor arena, large floodlit hockey pitch, indoor sports hall / gymnasium. Additionally, there are three residential dwellings on the site. Kilgraston House is set in mature grounds that feels part of nature. There are large open spaces, mature trees, and the Hall Burn passing through the site. The overall site extends to 55.45 acres (22.44 hectares) The site is bordered by agricultural land to all but its east side, where the town of Bridge of Earn
