The Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), which is located on South Orange Avenue in beautiful Livingston, New Jersey, is one of the nation' s most sophisticated ambulatory health care facilities. It provides the highest quality medical care in an environment designed to set a new standard for patient satisfaction. In addition, the ACC offers a broad array of amenities that increase convenience and serve to enhance the overall comfort of patients, their families and physicians alike. Due to limited availability and a high demand for medical office space in the ACC, the facility has expanded by more than 40,000 square feet in what is known as the Ambulatory Care Center North Wing. This expansion has provided physicians affiliated with RWJBarnabas Health the chance to custom-design their new medical office within the confines of a truly comprehensive ambulatory care center. In addition, we are offering the physician-tenants a limited partnership interest in the building to participate in the cash flow and equity value associated with the building.
