Ovation Office I & II provides a total of 500,000 square feet of Class A office with spacious floor plates, great for large corporate users or smaller companies. Looking toward the near future, the final stages of this defining project will include the membership club, resort pool and spa, and build-ready space for future development opportunities. Illumination Square, a communal hub of activity and gathering, will be at the heart of this development, perfect for outdoor entertainment and community events. Ample and secure parking is planned for visitors and guests, providing well over 2,000 spaces. The Riverfront Commons trail runs directly along the north side of the Ovation development, with direct access to and from the trail. ABOUT COVINGTON/NEWPORT

Covington/Newport is located in northern Kentucky along the Ohio River, just south of downtown Cincinnati. The area is accessible via several highways, including Interstates 71, 75, and 471.
