Bennett has owned, developed and sold commercial buildings, industrial parks, and manufacturing home communities while regularly participating in over $20 million of real estate sales transactions annually.  Growing Bennett Commercial’s sales to $150 million annually with 25 sales agents.

An example of several non-traditional would include the sale of the 315 acre Phipps Farm in Manteno, IL to SouthCreek LLC.  The Starker exchange had SouthCreek working with Bennett thru the zoning/subdivision process, negotiating sales tax sharing agreement and the land cash contribution providing for a 25 acre public park and 15 acres for the newly built Manteno Elementary School.  That entitlement work was also completed for 164 lots in Eagles Landing, Bourbonnais, 150 lots, Phipps Farm and a 320 acre project, Prairie Lakes, both in Bourbonnais.
