Feburary 2002: The Harbor Group, represented in-house, purchased the building for $52.3 million. CB Richard Ellis partnered with O'Connell, Bender & Powers represented the seller, Central Trust Center Associates.PNC Center, located in downtown Cincinnati, is a 27-story office tower clad in travertine marble, aluminum, and bronze dual pane glass. The impressive 18-foot high lobby features walls of travertine marble and dark gray granite flooring imported from Italy. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, PNC Center was completed in 1979. This 1 – 100 Energy Star score is based on the actual, measured energy use of a building and is calculated within EPA’s Energy Star Portfolio Manager tool.
