The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property

The Hotel Alexandria is a landmark building in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. Built in 1906, and having served as host to Charlie Chaplin’s wedding and Ronald Reagan’s campaign, the Alexandria contains three ballrooms; the King Edward, the Mezzanine, and the iconic Palm Court ballroom, (which is now a protected city landmark).
