In the kitchen we have walk-in coolers and a freezer, five deep fryers, a 36” flat top with two burners, a 30” charbroiler, a salamander to melt cheese etc, a salad bar cooler, inventory on hand is equal to about 100k, and about 30k in liquor. They use a Point of Sale System by the name of HARBOR TOUCH with 5 places to enter throughout the restaurant for ease of the employees and traffic.
