PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The 31-story, Class-A Lexington Financial Center is in the heart of downtown Lexington and is the tallest building in the eastern half of Kentucky. It is in close proximity to most major hotels and office buildings as well as Central Bank Center/Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center. It is a very short walk to the new City Center mixed-use complex where the Marriott, Residence Inn and the Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse are located. As well, a variety of other restaurants, entertainment venues and residential condos are close by. A 570-car parking structure is attached to the building with a state of the art Proof Fitness Center located on the top floor. Other amenities include on-site property management and a Fifth Third Bank. Originally constructed in 1986, the property was renovated in 2007. Lexington Financial Center offers tenants excellent office space in a great location in downtown Lexington.
