The six tracts of land varying in size from ten acres to thirty-four acres in size and may be accessed from the Seasons or Ramsey Road depending on the parcel. The potential buyer would need to acquire an access permit from Lakes Highway District. There may be a fee associated with the access permit. The tracts are all moderately timbered with flat terrain.
