Eugene Marini, Acquisitions/Finance/Asset Management
Prior to Joining KA Enterprises Eugene was a member of the acquisitions / disposition / asset management team at Westcore Properties, where he asset managed a portfolio of over 12,000,000 SF of industrial and office product and managed over 500,000,000 in acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalization.
Before his time at Westcore Properties Eugene held the Associate Vice President title as a Portfolio Manager for the Santander Real Estate Capital division of Banco Santander. His role was to manage the day-to-day credit activities of a portfolio having a risk exposure of over $1 Billion. Through analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of 400+ loans in the portfolio – consisting of Multifamily, Mixed Use, Commercial and Co-op properties – he has been able to increase the Bank’s balance sheet efficiencies and decrease the Bank’s exposure to troubled assets.
Prior to joining Banco Santander, Eugene was employed at Cushman & Wakefield in their San Diego office as an Associate in their Brokerage Services department. During his time at C&W, he specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Southern California.
Eugene has an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and his master’s in business administration from Fordham University with an emphasis in Finance & Accounting and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
