Building 1, which will total 339,660 square feet; Building 2, 247,000 square feet; Building 3, 1,049,220 square feet; Building 4, 339,660; and Building 5, 423,000 square feet, each in shell condition for build-to-suit opportunities. Additional specifications include cross-dock or rear load configurations, 58 to 182 dock doors, and two to four drive-ins, depending on the building. Located on an expansive 500-acre site with ample parking, each building will boast wide 130-foot truck courts for easy maneuverability. Highly connected with endless logistical benefits, Port 460 Logistics Center thrives in an advantageous industrial location with quick access to interstates, population centers, railroad intermodals, and ports. Located at the confluence of Pruden Boulevard/Highway 460 and Highway 58, Port 460 has immediate access to two significant area thoroughfares providing seamless connections across the Hampton Roads region, into the Richmond metro area, and to The Port of Virginia. Hampton Roads MSA has emerged as a significant commercial, industrial, and defense hub along the Atlantic Coast, boasting one of the largest concentrations of defense manufacturing and military installations. Gregg joined JLL in April 2010 as the first hire for the newly formed Hampton Roads office and is the industrial lead for the office.
In his current role Gregg handles and has handled a number of the largest and more complex tenant representation requirements and investment sales transactions. Gregg has over 29 years’ experience and has negotiated over $1 billion worth of commercial leases, dispositions, and acquisitions during this time.

Kris brings extensive local experience to JLL’s Norfolk office representing industrial tenants and landlords to assist with bulk distribution and e-commerce industrial real estate needs. Kennedy is a member of JLL’s national Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Team. Kris has transacted commercial leases and dispositions ranging from 10,000 square feet to 350,000 square feet in 2018. Kris completed a 320,000 s.f. disposition which at the time was the largest industrial infill available in the market. Before joining JLL’s brokerage team, Kris worked for C.H. Robinson, the largest global 3PL provider. As a capacity account manager, he worked closely with companies like Anheuser-Busch and Dollar Tree to simplify and cost effectively manage their supply chains.
