This golf course has an amazing amount of potential. As a golfer, I have played it many times and found it to be intriguing and extremely enjoyable. It is a links course, meaning that you start at the first hole and finish at the 18th hole. It has a lot of undulations in the course and plenty of water. It's only drawback is that a lot of money has not been spent on the course over the years and it needs some basic upgrades. The clubhouse is in very good condition and with the right operator, it can be a large income source for weddings, dances, dinners, etc. The owner is simply retiring and wanting to get out of the business. To duplicate all of this bricks and mortar and the golf course would be an inordinate amount of money. For someone wanting to get into a golf course and country club situation in a very nice area, this is a perfect vehicle.
