Mary Burnton, Managing Director
Mary Burnton joined Newmark in 2017 as a managing director in the Minneapolis office, where she focuses on landlord advisory work as well as tenant representation. Ms. Burnton is also the head of diversity for the Newmark Minneapolis office.

Ms. Burnton’s previous commercial real estate positions include leasing director at Eagle Ridge Partners, a Twin Cities developer/redeveloper/ investor, and leasing director at LaSalle Partners (now JLL).
Brent Erickson, Senior Managing Director
Brent Erickson is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office with over 28 years of varied commercial real estate experience. Especially successful at rebranding downtown office assets with new identities to integrate prevailing market trends, Erickson provides both landlord agency and tenant representation services to select clients.
