311 E. Broad St. is an approximately 2,660 SF restaurant space located at the signaled intersection of N. Jackson St. and E. Broad St. Often referred to as The Morris Building, this historic building was originally built in 1914 and still retains some of the architectural features of the era like shallow-arched parapets; cornice with dentils; large display windows with transoms and recessed entrances; stone lintels and sills. While updates and renovations have been done over the years, the most recent work in 2018 brought the space to a whole new level. The kitchen area was opened up for better flow and a walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, two waste oil tanks, CO2 system, new vent hood, and several wash sinks were added. New flooring was completed, and both restrooms were updated.
