About the Property
This building is formerly served as an office and then a storage facility for a building material retailer (Healdsburg Lumber Company). That company relocated to a new facility, enabling the owners to completely renovate the nearly four-acre site into a number of leasable spaces, including a 4,000 sf retail space; a 5,600 sf warehouse flex space; a 2,500 sf retail/wine tasting/flex space; and a 9,600 sf warehouse. Now know as "The Village on Hudson", tenants include Getaway Adventures, a bike/kayak tour and rental company; and the Daisy Foundation, a local non-profit renting offices and warehouse space. The Village on Hudson is located across from Fogbelt Brewery and the SMART Train Healdsburg Depot, as well as a short stroll from the new Mill District residential and commercial development.
