In 2010, the current ownership acquired the complex in the name of Sandstone Manor Apartments, and started massive renovation immediately in almost every aspect, plumbing, electrical, interior, exterior, parking lot, security system, alarm system... ... to name a few. In 2013, the complex changed its name to Columbus Apartel to operate as fully-furnished apartments with flexible leasing terms, from month-to-month to 12-month. The detailed and exquisite remodeling work has made ALL* units so attractive and resident-friendly that most of the time of the year, the OCCUPANCY RATE maintains to be 100%.
