Ann Hill, Assistant Property Manager
As Asst. Property Manager, Mrs. Hill helps oversee the day to day proceedings of the Upper Kirby buildings and Rice Village properties. She assists in marketing available suites, updates The Appelt Company website and creates promotional materials for the buildings. She completes a multitude of accounting activities including, but not limited to, employee payroll, accounts payable, bank statement reconciliations, and collecting and depositing tenant rent. In addition, Ann also coordinates and executes the annual Lamesa Properties Partner Meeting.

Ann’s career started in production management at two different companies.  She then took a break from full time employment to raise her family of 3 daughters along with her husband.

Mrs. Hill volunteers with the National Charity League, is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni association.

Ann has 3 daughters and is an active volunteers at her children’s school.  She lives with her husband and youngest daughter.
