He began his career with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company while attending Clemson University. During his time with Whiting-Turner, he worked with various Fortune 500 companies, specializing in industrial development. Jordan's background in construction allows him to assist clients in ground-up development and value add projects.
Jordan and his wife, Jamie, enjoy the many outdoor activities that Upstate, SC offers in their free time. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, and fly fishing.
Micah Williams, Senior Associate
in downtown Greenville. During his time there he gained valuable insights on what it takes to run a successful business and honed in on sales, marketing, and account management. Upon graduating from The Citadel, Andrew moved back to Greenville, SC to work directly with the President/Broker-in-Charge, Randall Bentley, CCIM, SIOR for his first two years as a commercial real estate agent. He gained valuable experience quickly working with Randall on industrial, office, retail, and land related projects.
Over the course of his career, he has generated a career transaction volume of over $100 million. In 2022, he completed 36 deals and generated an impressive transaction volume totaling over $34 million. Andrew received the prestigious CCIM designation in 2023, which is known as the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals. Andrew has a passion for working on investment properties and helping clients maximize value on their commercial real estate assets that they are planning to hold long term or to sell in the near future.
