Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property
The Historic Jerome UVX Center was constructed in 1917 to house the Nurses for the United Verde Extension Hospital located down the street. The street facing side was converted into retail in the early 1990s and has served as a local gathering place ever since.
