Cynthia Cornell serves as our leasing associate for the Broward office and flex space portfolio. Her key duties range from demonstrating available space to prospective tenants, actively leasing space to potential applicants that meet our criteria, and securely renewing leases with returning tenants.  Cynthia came on board Adler in 2016 as Assistant Property Manager, becoming well-acquainted with the Broward region whilst receiving her real estate license.  

Prior to being hired by Adler, she served in the residential property management industry in New York City starting in 2005, where she was employed as a maintenance coordinator assisting with leasing proceedings and managing 14 multi-story structures in the NYC area. She made the transition to Commercial Property Management in early 2008, taking a strong interest in the field.

She is diligently striving to obtain additional credentials to advance her profession in Commercial leasing and sales.
