ENERGY STAR® Energy Star is a program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes energy efficiency and provides simple, credible, and unbiased information that consumers and businesses rely on to make well-informed decisions. Andrea has learned the commercial real estate industry from the inside-out, starting in 2012 with her role as a Brokerage Coordinator for a JLL Agency Leasing team in Bethesda, Maryland. Andrea received additional exposure to the multi-facted marketing aspects of the commerical real estate industry in her next role as a Business Development Associate in Washington, DC. Prior to her work at JLL, she was an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant for Paradigm Companies in Washington, DC, focusing on new multi-family residential construction developments.
Jon Dahl, Managing Director
Jon has over 22 years of experience in leasing and primarily representing landlords of both institutional and entrepreneurial ownership’s. Jon takes deep pride in understanding an owner’s investment objective on a short and long term basis to incorporate into the leasing goals of the properties he works on.
Mr. Dahl has worked on some Minneapolis’ largest and most complicated lease transactions. In 2009, Jon successfully negotiated the largest US office transaction of almost 900,000 square feet and then did it again in 2015. Jon’s education and experience gives him in depth lease analysis skills as well as a unique approach to negotiations.
He has also had great success in the leasing of some of the most challenging spaces in investors portfolios. In addition to leasing, Jon services clients through his experience in the appraisal, sales and development processes.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Cloud State focus in Real Estate/Finance and is a two time recipient of the Business Journal’s “Best in Real Estate”. He has received MNCAR Office Transaction of the year award and has memberships in BOMA, NAIOP, CCIM & MNCAR. Jon has completed over 6 Million square feet of lease transactions
