variety of culinary needs. The basement houses a receiving area for deliveries, two additional
prep kitchens, and an employee locker/break room for staff convenience. Except for one
commercial kitchen and two prep kitchens, all have been rented. The communal kitchens
experience a steady flow of hourly renters.
