Kim has 21 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Transwestern for 15 years.  Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as a marketing representative for Wilcox Realty Group, where she was responsible for the leasing of over 850,000 rentable square feet of space in five suburban projects.

She has also served as a tenant representative for Cawley and Associates, where she developed a client database in excess of 600 contacts.  Kim began her career in the asset disposition department of the Resolution Trust Corporation.

As a Principal for Transwestern, Justin Miller is responsible for the marketing and leasing of office properties throughout Dallas. Justin’s projects are located in multiple submarkets, giving  him broad and in-depth knowledge of the Dallas office market.

Justin has been in commercial real estate since 1999, beginning his tenure with Transwestern in May, 2001.  Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a leasing manager for PM Realty Group, where he assisted in the leasing of more than one million square feet of office properties in Dallas.

Before PM Realty Group, Justin served as an associate for Bolanz and Miller Realtors, where he was involved in various service lines, including management, tenant representation, investment sales, land transactions and leasing for industrial, retail and office product.

As Vice President, Office Division for Transwestern in Dallas, Scott is currently responsible for leasing and marketing high-rise office buildings in the North Dallas, LBJ Freeway, Preston Center, Las Colinas and Uptown/Turtle Creek submarkets in Dallas.

Scott is a 3rd generation Dallas native with deep roots in the community and has over 25 years of experience in the Dallas office market.  He has worked in virtually every submarket in the city with focus on Preston Center and North Dallas.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Scott was with Equity Office managing the leasing and marketing of a 1.8 million-square-foot portfolio.  Prior to joining Equity in January of 1998, Scott was with Fults Realty Corporation (bought by Kennedy Wilson) for 11 years involved in leasing and marketing numerous office properties in the Dallas area for a variety of different owners.  Scott has received the 2004 Transwestern Deal of The Year Award, the 1994 and 1996 Property Team of the Year Award as well as the 1991 Fults Realty Corporation Outstanding Performance Award.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in speech communication from The University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and has taken various courses through Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Laney Underwood provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team in North Texas, supporting major clients such as KBS, Spear Street Capital, Clarion Partners and M-M Properties. She serves as a client communicator on leasing projects, assisting in developing relationships and supporting lease negotiations. She is responsible for over 3.1 million square feet throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.

Laney joined the company in 2018 and is a member of Transwestern’s Board of Directors.

A Dallas native, Laney received a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business Foundations. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate professional.
