More than 85,000 square feet of potential retail space at Melford Town Center can support a variety of uses, including restaurants, businesses, and consumer services. The retail will support residential plans that include luxury multifamily townhomes, apartments, and an existing senior living community. Three on-site hotels are planned, with a Courtyard by Marriott now open. Walking paths, open space, and two large ponds complete with a Fibonacci fountain are additional amenities of this premier community.
