About Edgbaston
Edgbaston is an established office destination situated just one mile to the southwest of Birmingham city centre. It is part of the Calthorpe Estate, which is one of the UK’s largest urban conservation areas. The most modern office stock built since 2000 is located near main arteries like Hagley Road, Highfield Road, Five Ways Roundabout and Five Ways Railway Station. Edgbaston is well connected, with two railway stations University Station, which is one of the busiest stations without a direct link to London, and Five Ways station.
