A grandson of company founder John Bratton, Bose began his career at Wake Stone in 2009 in production and transitioned into sales in 2010. After three years in sales, Bose attended UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and obtained an MBA with concentrations in both Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Upon graduation from business school, Bose worked in real estate development with Trammell Crow Residential and most recently Landmark Properties, the nation’s leading student housing development company. Bose returned to Wake Stone in 2020 and helped lead the creation of Wake Stone Property Company (WSPC), founded in 2021. He is now the President of WSPC and oversees development, leasing, and property managment activity. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in American History.

Bose and his wife, Katie, live in Raleigh with their two young children, Bose and Millie. Outside of work, Bose enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends, and two bird dogs.
